Nathan is a teacher and designer. With nearly 20 years of experience teaching and leading in public, charter, and international schools, Nathan has logged some 10,000+ hours facilitating learning experiences for students and adults. As Senior Director, Program and Learning Design at Friday, he partners with clients to design and refine innovative programs and dynamic learning experiences.
Outside of schools, Nathan has held various roles—as a fundraiser, minister, and communications consultant—always emphasizing good design, deep thinking, and active pedagogy.

After spending 11 years in Switzerland, Nathan has recently returned with his family to the United States with fresh perspectives and a renewed commitment to community and citizenship.
