Amy Sit

Amy Sit is an organizational strategist, human-centered designer, and dialogue facilitator who seeks to create experiences that help people become more connected, compassionate, and curious. Her experience spans a range of roles – from brand strategy and organizational change management consulting to academic advising, market research, UX/UI design, and dialogue facilitation. Currently, she provides design, strategy, and conflict resolution guidance for various mission-driven startups and nonprofits. Amy is passionate about the power of dialogue to shift perspectives and has co-founded two exchange programs (funded by the US Department of State) connecting youth from the US, Iraq, Yemen, Indonesia, Nigeria through cross-cultural collaboration and interactive learning.
